Guillaume RochetteManaging Director & Founder
Guillaume started a career in retail sales of consumer goods in France, before working in the hospitality sector, and then in hospitality recruitment in 1985, a field he never left. After a successful track record with some of the leaders in the field of international hospitality search, selection and outsourcing, Guillaume created Eureka Executive Search in 1998. From the outset, this boutique company was geared to focus on high-end national and international retained assignments and has enjoyed steady year-on-year sales and profit growth. Whilst coordinating all UK and international assignments, Guillaume's track record in placing management personnel from unit to board and personally conducting executive and non-executive assignments across the restaurant, hotel and retail sectors.
Julien DubosManaging Partner
Julien gained valuable experience in the luxury hospitality sector before moving into hospitality recruitment first in London before creating his company in Paris 2001. Guillaume and Julien decided to join forces and Eureka Executive Search acquired the company in 2006. Since then sales have tripled and Eureka Executive Search is now known as one of the leading talent hunting firms for the hotel and restaurant sectors in France.
In addition to carrying our executive search assignments in a hands-on manner, Julien also manages the entire French business. Julien's track record includes placing middle to senior management in leading hotel and restaurant companies.
Ken Sanker
Ken Sanker is the Managing Director of Limecourt Ventures, a boutique private equity provider. He also holds the position of Founder and Chairman of the Selective Restaurants Group and is a Partner of leading Chef Patrons Chris and Jeff Galvin, whose company includes Galvin Bistrot de Luxe, Galvin at Windows on Park Lane, La Chapelle & Café a Vin in the City of London and Galvin Demoiselle at Harrods. Galvin Restaurants will soon be opening two new restaurants at the newly refurbished Caledonian Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Edinburgh; Pompadour by Galvin, a fine dining restaurant, and Galvin Brassiere Deluxe, a 140 seat Parisian style brassiere. Selective Restaurants includes Michelin starred Chapter One and Michelin Bib Gourmand holder Chapters, El Pirata in Mayfair and Notting Hill, Ferraris in Bexley Village, Bella Vista in Blackheath Village, and the recently launched Tapas Revolution at Westfield and Bluewater Shopping Centres.
Mark Askew
Former Executive chef at Gordon Ramsay Holdings, Mark has worked on a wide scope of projects throughout the hospitality industry, including projects in hotels, outside events, product development for retail, airline catering, scholarship programs and cookery schools not to mention the wide array of restaurants under the Gordon Ramsay umbrella.
Since leaving Gordon Ramsay Holdings, Mark has co founded Cirrus Inns and aims to build a group of quality country inns; he will also continue various consultancy roles in different fields.
Silvano Giraldin
Silvano Giraldin, formally Director of Le Gavroche, has trained and developed some of the finest front of house professionals.
In addition to working closely with Eureka's hospitality teams, Silvano plays an active part in Albert Roux Consulting. His eye for talent, in-depth knowledge of the market and vast network of contacts has already proven to be invaluable.
Pierre Cassagne
Pierre is the former Managing Director of Hippopotamus, part of Groupe Flo. Pierre, after Hospitality Management School in Switzerland, began his career with Groupe Flo in Paris, where he was eventually promoted to Finance Director before becoming Managing Director, a role he held successfully for 10 Years.
Karin Andersson
Swedish born Karin graduated from Hotel management college in Gothenburg. She soon joined Morgans Hotel Group in London in 2005, working through Hotel and F&B operations. She was then appointed Executive Assistant to the Regional F&B Director. In addition to her PA responsibilities, Karin managed PR and Marketing for the region for Sanderson and St Martin Lane hotels. In 2009, she was promoted to Operations Coordinator at China Grill Managements corporate office in New York, working closely with the CEO, COO and HRD, until joining Eureka in 2011, as a Recruitment Consultant.
Elodie Thomas
French born Elodie grew up in Brazil and Spain and graduated from a Tourism & Leisure School/University in Paris. She started her career in 1999 in Accor Hotels Group in hospitality department. In 2005, she joined the luxury department store Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche part of the LVMH Group as Retail Manager until 2007. After two years working for Elior Group as Project Manager in the Events, Elodie joined Eureka Paris in 2010 as a Recruitment Consultant.
Toria Duffell (1969 – 2012)
Toria started her career with Rolls Royce before moving into luxury hotels. She originally joined Guillaume in international hospitality recruitment in 1995. After a spell of two years with another hospitality recruitment firm, Toria joined Guillaume a second time in 2000. She became a partner in 2003 and played a crucial role in the success of Eureka. Toria was a wonderful human being and a much respected professional by many the world over. We will forever miss her very much.
