Terms & Conditions
- Our fees are calculated individually, adapted to each recruitment project, depending on the complexity of the task and the timescale.
- Once we have a basic understanding of the remit and level of the role, we can evaluate the cost of an assignment and the overall fee. A first meeting either on the phone or face to face is sufficient to compile a detailed proposal.
- Fees are invoiced and payable in three stages: a third on commencement, a third on presentation of the short listed candidates and the remainder upon formal acceptance of an offer.
- We offer a unique 12-month free replacement guarantee for all executive search assignments, subject to conditions contained in the proposal.
- All executive search assignment benefits from free branded or confidential advertising support if necessary.
- Any advertising campaigns required outside of the deals currently maintained will be charged at cost.
- Overseas travel, video conference facilities and additional professional assessment would also be charged at cost if deemed necessary by the client.
